Because your electronic communications are private, we cannot be responsible for their contents. The Internet is a large community, which regards censorship as worse than obscenity. Through our service you will have access to and you MIGHT be exposed to materials that you find offensive. Such materials may include sexually explicit text and images. It may also contain pro-religious and anti-religious debate. Or it may contain racial and other hate mongering, or worse. Remember that you find what you look for.

BILLING AND SETTLEMENT: Any Payment is due ON THE 1^ST OF EACH MONTH in advance. A late charge of $2 mayl be added if the payment is not received by the 15^th , and service may be discontinued if the payment is not received by the end of the month. The account may be subject to a $5 reconnect fee if disconnected. Credit card payments will be charged to your card on the 29^th of the month so we receive the money into our account by the 1^st. No paper bill will be mailed when the payment is made by credit card. Charges will be billed according to the price list currently in effect at the time. From time to time we might have to adjust the pricing of the services. New prices, services and options may be put into effect without advance notice. You may cancel your service at anytime. Cancellations must be in writing. Send an E-mail or write on the bill. No refunds will be given on unused time. No refunds will be made. DON'T CALL A FEW DAYS AFTER SETUP AND ASK FOR A REFUND. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone for any reason.

RELEASE AND DISCHARGE: Provider is not held liable for undelivered, mis-routed or the contents of electronic mail. All users must be 18 years of age to obtain service. You as the user understands that a minor child may gain access to controversial and explicit materials that are available as a part of all Internet service connections, including the one provided to this account. You are responsible for all actions you take or cause to be taken in connection with your use of the services.
